A booking is considered confirmed only after:
Receipt of an advance payment (as per the tour quotation)

The balance payment must be cleared as per the schedule shared in your booking confirmation.

Prices are subject to hotel availability, seasonal variations, and currency fluctuations.
Standard inclusions and exclusions will be shared in your itinerary or quotation document.
Cancellation by Client:
Please check with INDIA Trotter for the exact terms and conditions. This can vary depending on the travel dates (less refund when travel dates are during peak seasons or for safaris)
Cancellation by INDIA Trotter:
In rare cases of force majeure (natural disaster, political unrest, pandemic restrictions), we will:
Offer a full refund, OR
Reschedule your tour without penalty
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and permits for travel in India.
INDIA Trotter strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellations
Medical emergencies
Lost luggage
We are not liable for any loss caused by insufficient documentation or lack of insurance.
All travelers must ensure they are medically fit for the trip.
We provide verified and safe travel partners, but INDIA Trotter is not liable for:
Accidents, illness, or injury during the trip
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Delays caused by airlines, railways, or third-party providers
Participation in adventure activities (safaris, trekking, etc.) is at your own risk.
