I paid them greater than US$1000 for a 2.5 day trip to Pushkar, India based on an itinerary which was canceled by them two days before the trip. They told us there would be a hot air balloon ride even they knew this hadn't been offered for years. They told us there would be a kite flying contest. I paid this money assuming I would get a "guide" for a "tour" but the first day they dumped the group in a desert without food, water, or guidance for 3 hours. No food was included and they assumed we only wanted to eat at the hotel (*greater than four times at the same hotel restaurant*). The list goes on. Any fun I had on this trip was despite their attempts to obstruct it. I was completely defrauded by this company due to them asking for money based on a plan which did not happen. The tour guide was essentially an auxiliary bus driver and seemed to have a disdain for tourists which was not subtle.
