Day 1Arrival in Gir National Park

There are two airports that you can choose to fly in when you want to visit Gir National Park – Rajkot and Diu. While the Rajkot airport  is 170 kms or 105 Miles away, which takes about 6 – 7 hours. However, Diu is the nearest airport, which is about 90 km or 60 miles away, which takes 3 – 4 hours

Once you reach, check into the resort. In the evening can enjoy the facilities at the resort and wander around.

Day 2 and Day 3Gir Forest Safari

Gir National Park is home to the gorgeous Asiatic Lions. It is these royal beasts that Gir National Park is Famous For. It is also considered excellent for bird watching. The park checklist has 250 birds and about 50 other species including the endangered lesser florican and the sarus crane, which are recorded in the grasslands along the periphery of the sanctuary.

You have two days for the safaris. Each day you can go twice – once in the morning and another in the evening. Thus, a total of 4 wildlife safaris provides a really good opportunity to spot quite a few animals and birds in the wild. There is a good chance to see the royal Asiatic Lions in the Gir Jungle.

3 Star and above Accommodation, Complimentary Breakfast, Exclusive Car are included in the package cost. While, Airfares, Any Entrance Fees, Jeep Safari Charges, Personal Expense, Anything not mentioned above are excluded in the package cost.
Though we would make all arrangements and book your wildlife safaris, the cost would vary depending on a lot of parameters. Like, the type of vehicle (jeep,van etc), private or in groups and entrance fees. So, depending on your preference and the condition, we will be able to specify the total safari cost.
