They even went the extra mile to help us book trains as this was challenging to do online as foreigners. Communication was a top priority and they were available at all hours on WhatsApp for any questions. We will be forever grateful for their excellent guidance, advice, assistance and an unforgettable trip, I could not recommend them more! We (a Dutch family of 3) live in India since February 2022 and have had the best trips to: The Taj Mahal, Golden Temple, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Kolkata, Varanasi, Delhi, Mumbai, Nepal, Gulmarg (skiing in the Himalayas) and last but not least the paradise of Lakshadweep!
The service is 24 x 7 via WApp during the journey, the guides and driver extremely well selected and above all the most wonderful agents.
We had several trips organised by India Trotter. We appreciated the attention to detail that the team applied and also that they listened to our interests to make the trips unique. All the staff were lovely to work with and the local guides that they found for us were highly knowledgeable and able to get us a real feeling for the location.
