I paid them greater than US$1000 for a 2.5 day trip to Pushkar, India based on an itinerary which was canceled by them two days before the trip. They told us there would be a hot air balloon ride even they knew this hadn't been offered for years. They told us there would be a kite flying contest. I paid this money assuming I would get a "guide" for a "tour" but the first day they dumped the group in a desert without food, water, or guidance for 3 hours. No food was included and they assumed we only wanted to eat at the hotel (*greater than four times at the same hotel restaurant*). The list goes on. Any fun I had on this trip was despite their attempts to obstruct it. I was completely defrauded by this company due to them asking for money based on a plan which did not happen. The tour guide was essentially an auxiliary bus driver and seemed to have a disdain for tourists which was not subtle. We mostly appreciate the good follow up during the trip. We always travel with young children and this is clearly one of the things they keep in mind when suggesting hotels and things to visit.
